GUARANTEED WIN TICKET REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you for being the ROAR factor and bringing the noise all game long. Despite creating a terrific atmosphere and showing great support for your BC Lions, we fell short of our goal of a guaranteed win against our rivals, the Saskatchewan Roughriders. As a result, we are honouring our side of the deal for all ticket purchasers, including season ticket holders, to receive a free ticket (one for every seat owned for Sunday’s game) to one of the remaining four BC Lions regular season home games in the same category (based on seat availability).

Our Fan Customer Services team will be in touch with each account owner (purchaser) via email later this week with instructions that includes a link and a personal redemption code to receive your free ticket(s).

Please note: If you did not provide your email address while purchasing or are not the primary account holder, please visit www.bclions.com/guarantee for details on how to get your tickets and fill out the form from the link provided. We will collect your info, verify the barcodes, and allocate the tickets and send them out to you.
