Ilm was signed as a free agent by the Lions in May 2025.

Highlights:

2023-24: Signed with the San Francisco 49ers as a non-drafted free agent and was waived as part of the team’s final roster cuts in late August. Ilm also had stints with Arizona, Carolina and Seattle over the next two seasons before signing with the UFL Birmingham Stallions late in 2024.

College:

2018-22: Ilm suited up at the University of Hawaii for five seasons and started every game as a true freshman at left tackle before appearing in a total of  62 games with the Rainbow Warriors. A First-Team All-Mountain West recipient as a senior after recording 100 knockdown blocks, Ilm also earned Academic All-Mountain West honours from 2018-20.
