2021-22: Played 22 games for University of Virginia’s College at Wise, recording 77 tackles. Carter Jr. also recorded a career-long 96-yard kick return at Emory & Henry.
Personal:
Carter Jr. was named an Honorable Mention All-American by Don Hansen in 2023. He was also named Defensive Back of the Year by the Richmond Touchdown Club in 2022.
