BC Lions president and CEO Dennis Skulsky will take part in Covenant House’s Sleep Out in support of Vancouver’s homeless youth.
On November 20th, Dennis will sleep outside for one night in solidarity with the more than 1,500 homeless youth who visit Covenant House each year. With only a sleeping bag and a piece of cardboard, participants will get a small glimpse of what it’s like to “sleep” on the street.
In doing so, participants hope to raise funds to help our city’s disadvantaged youth and raise awareness on the issue of homeless youth in Vancouver.
