Welcome to BC Lions Training Camp

This is your one-stop location on BCLIONS.COM for everything you’ll need to follow the team as they prepare for a big return and run for a seventh Grey Cup title in 2022. Practice schedules, printable position charts, rosters and detailed practice reports will be updated daily when the team hits the field beginning with rookie camp on Wednesday, May 11th and for the start of main camp on Sunday, May 15th.

**Please note: media and fans are welcome to watch practice from the stands at Hillside Stadium. Reporters will be allowed to shoot footage from various parts of the track but must maintain a physical distance of six feet or more when conducting in person interviews.

The Lions will occupy the all-weather surface located at Hillside Stadium adjacent to the campus of Thompson Rivers University.  Select practices listed in the tentative camp schedule below may take place on the lower grass field. Please note, practice times (especially ending times) are subject to change on short notice.

Media on-site at Hillside Stadium will be permitted to conduct in-person interviews after practice on a daily basis. For the time being, those attending must stay on the north side of the grandstands, closest to the Tournament Capital Centre.

At the discretion of the BC Lions communications and football ops. staff, ENG Camera operators looking to capture B-Roll footage may be permitted to move closer to the field. Depending on rules set forth by the CFL Medical Committee for 2022, masking and social distancing policies may be in effect for both content capturing and post-practice interviews. On-site media must submit player and coach requests no later than 30 minutes prior to the end of practice.

Media not in attendance wishing to conduct interviews via ZOOM must submit requests to Matt Baker: mbaker@bclions.com, Manager of Communications no later than TWO HOURS prior to the end of practice on any given day. ZOOM login will be provided with the weekly schedule being sent out.
